Originally from the Philippines, Ken immigrated to Italy as a child, where he grew up surrounded by a blend of cultures that influenced his creative journey. In 2024, Ken launched the visual project POV Lisboa, aiming to capture the essence of Lisbon’s vibrant nightlife through photography. What began as a documentation initiative quickly grew into a platform for community-driven events. Co-curated with DJ Yok, POV Lisboa is now celebrated for showcasing DJs from diverse musical backgrounds, emphasizing community vibes over individual personas. Ken is not only the creative mind behind the brand but also one of its main resident DJs. As an artist, DJ Kennino is recognized for his high-energy mixes that fuse hardgroove and techno, spotlighting tribal and hypnotic rhythms with surprising pop culture remixes. He also explores deeper, darker territories with hypnotic and tribal dub music, showcasing his versatility and dynamic presence in Lisbon's techno scene.
