Hailing from Malaysia, previously based in Melbourne (Naarm) & now living in Berlin, Different Shades is well known for her dynamic and careful mixes; weaving through genre-bending selections while fronting a dynamic palette of futuristic high-tech sounds, psychedelic rhythms and deep atmospherics. Different Shades is one of the minds behind AV / event collective LOADING_ERROR, directing conceptual & immersive parties integral to Australia’s flourishing scene. Recently, they co-founded Life Form, a record label and curatorial space alongside LOIF, which splits their homeground between Naarm & Berlin.
