After getting his first pair of decks in 2017 David began his DJ career during the 2020 lockdown playing online sets for the Queer Archive and various fundraisers. When the lockdown's were relaxed that summer, David started playing at the long running queer night Homostash where his ability to mix disco and house with harder styles such acid and techno saw him quickly become one of the nights resident DJ's.
