M_odu

M-ODU was born from the transformation of Porto’s former Municipal Slaughterhouse, preserving the site’s industrial heritage and architectural identity. Designed by renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma in collaboration with Porto-based studio OODA, it is a new creative ecosystem bringing together culture, art, work, leisure and gastronomy. Open to the city, M-ODU was created to inspire encounters, collaboration and new ways of experiencing Porto’s eastern district.
