NUDGE

[JP] 福岡出身、東京を拠点に活動するアートディレクター／DJのシン（NKCN DESIGN）が主催するパーティー「NUDGE」が、第2回を福岡・Kieth Flackで開催する。 “NUDGE”は、「軽くつつく」「そっと後押しする」という意味を持つ言葉。大きな力で方向を変えるのではなく、わずかな刺激によって感覚や行動に変化を与えることを指す。パーティーにおいてもその考え方を軸に、ジャンルや地域、コミュニティを横断しながら、異なる音楽や人が接触する場をつくる。 第2回は、主催者の出身地である福岡を舞台に、名古屋、東京、沖縄、韓国からゲストを迎え、福岡のローカルアクトとともにKieth Flackの2フロアを構成する。 名古屋からは、独自のリズム構築と音響感覚によって国内外で活動を続ける食品まつり a.k.a foodmanが出演。韓国・ソウルからは、ハウスを基軸に幅広いエレクトロニックミュージックを横断するGivogiを迎える。 東京から参加するNOVAは、ヒップホップ、R&B、ダンスミュージックを横断する選曲を特徴とし、渋谷HARLEM「BORN FREE」のレジデントとしても活動。沖縄を拠点とするLo-pは、福岡でDJとしてのキャリアをスタートし、Sillyの主催やAVALANCHE、Swerveでの活動を経て、現在は各地のベースミュージックを探求している。 福岡からは、CCS records.を主宰するラッパー／プロデューサーのBANNY BUGSがSHOT LIVEで出演。ヒップホップを起点にUKガラージ、2-step、アフロビート、エレクトロニックなどを横断し、音楽、映像、ファッションを含む複数の領域で活動している。 さらに、SHOTA-LOW & erithebass、Mr.coNYroo、AVALANCHE [ROGER RABBIT / svv / SMZY]、JILIJILI POT [ZOOMAN / adisaki / bashi knny / NOSK]、m20、Orion & yama、CHEZ MOIと、福岡を拠点とするDJ／パーティークルーが参加する。 異なる都市、世代、ジャンルが一晩の中で並置され、互いの文脈に小さな変化を与えていく。 FOODには、福岡を拠点に屋台形式で活動する繋々が参加し、この日のためのスペシャルメニューを提供する。 [EN] NUDGE, the party founded by Fukuoka-born, Tokyo-based art director and DJ Shin of NKCN DESIGN, returns for its second edition at Kieth Flack. Taking its name from the idea of a subtle push that can shift perception or behaviour, NUDGE brings together artists from different scenes, cities and musical backgrounds, creating new points of contact on the dancefloor. For this Fukuoka edition, the lineup connects Nagoya, Tokyo, Okinawa, Seoul and the local scene across Kieth Flack’s two floors. Nagoya’s 食品まつり a.k.a foodman leads the bill with his singular approach to rhythm and sound, while Seoul-based Givogi moves through house and a broad spectrum of electronic music. Tokyo’s NOVA brings a groove-led mix of hip-hop, R&B and dance music, and Okinawa-based Lo-p returns to the city where she began her DJ career, drawing on bass music from across regions and scenes. Fukuoka rapper and producer BANNY BUGS, founder of creative collective CCS records., appears for a SHOT LIVE set, moving between hip-hop, UK garage, 2-step, Afrobeats and electronic music. Also appearing are SHOTA-LOW & erithebass, Mr.coNYroo, AVALANCHE [ROGER RABBIT / svv / SMZY], JILIJILI POT [ZOOMAN / adisaki / bashi knny / NOSK], m20, Orion & yama and CHEZ MOI. Rather than centring on a single genre, NUDGE places different sounds and contexts in conversation, allowing each to subtly shift the others over the course of the night. Food comes from Fukuoka-based 繋々, who will serve a special menu for the event.
