11 & 12 September the progressive music festival is back in Rotterdam city centre, Free by day and Cheap by Night. Find multiple free to visit stages by day, and plenty of cheap club parties by night. Four free stages, and 7 cheap indoor stages to visit spread over 2 days. All hosted by organisations from Rotterdam, at the forefront of their respective scenes. From Brazilian funk, to jazz, hiphop, footwork, garage, arabic electronic, cumbia and much more.
