Mo Mami's mission is to reach a world-wide audience sonically rooted in her Chicago upbringing. With over 5 years of experience under her belt, she's played for dance floors across the U.S. including Atlanta, Brooklyn and L.A. In 2023, Mo Mami launched her party series, Fever Dream, in Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood. Fever Dream aspires to create an eclectic and inclusive space highlighting queer, femme, and BIPOC DJ's through a shared global rave experience. Beyond the decks, Mo Mami has a passion for preserving and archiving Underground electronic music culture in Chicago. Most recently, she served on the planning committee for the annual city-funded House Music Conference. Her monthly radio show "The Spotlight" can be heard on WNUR's 89.3fm every second Wednesday, where Mo Mami talks about all things house.
