Ypsilon

Ypsilon is a Zürich-based DJ and selector driven by a deep-rooted passion for digging and discovering music beyond familiar boundaries. With a diverse collection spanning electronica, dub, house, minimal, UK garage, breakbeat, disco, techno and beyond, his approach is guided by curiosity, instinct and a fascination with unexpected musical connections. With around eight years behind the decks, Ypsilon adapts to the room, the crowd and the moment, weaving together different styles into journeys guided by instinct and emotion. His sets thrive on unexpected connections, subtle shifts in energy and tracks that feel surprising yet inevitable in their context. Drawn to extended sessions, Ypsilon sees DJing as a journey rather than a sequence of tracks, allowing the music to evolve naturally from atmospheric beginnings into faster, harder and more energetic territories.
