Nabs the DJ

Nabs has always approached the booth as more than a DJ set. It's an exercise in joy, memory and momentum. Bringing disco's rich history into conversation with French Touch, funky house and whatever the room is asking for next. His sets are warm, vinyl-rooted and relentlessly danceable: thirty-year-old records colliding with fresh edits, grooves that swing from soulful to rowdy without ever losing the plot, and somehow the whole thing makes perfect sense once you're moving. Raised in Toronto's scene and now based in the Detroit area, he plays the records both cities raised themselves on and shows people that disco never died, it just learned new tricks, and every set is built for people who came to move.
