tipp.exe

A relentless search for experimentation and aleatoric unpredictability characterizes tipp.exe's sound. Known for her illicit bootleg remixes that flip familiar tracks into frenzied bangers, tipp.exe's sets are unpredictable, infectious, and guaranteed to keep you moving. Her use of glitch and random techniques in music production subverts traditional electronic music conventions, juxtaposing analog distortion with digital precision to create a distinctive sonic persona. tipp.exe loves to create intricate rhythmic patterns and textures that evolve organically, defying repetition and expectation. Sampling and resampling are at the heart of her creative practice, enabling her to recontextualize and render old samples contemporary. Her output varies from high-octane rave music to reflective soundscapes, with a large emotional scope and diverse moods. There's a vein of silliness and playfulness running through her music and DJ sets, a nod to the early days of her sound journey when she would play around with cat meows in DAWs. As an artist, tipp.exe has released music on notable labels such as ChaoGardem, Vaporscape Records, and Juke MX. She has also released tracks under the duo alias Fear & Self Loathing on Juke Bounce Werk and Roses Are Red Records.
