Originally from Pittsburgh and currently residing in Denver, Fleetwood earned notoriety as both DJ and event promoter, known chiefly as one of the co-founders of Pittsburgh's renowned weekly party Hot Mass amid a slew of local and regional production credits to include: Honcho Campout, Lot Mass, VIA Festival, the Great American Techno Festival, and Humanaut events. In 2021 Paul founded the record label Perimeter Junk, showcasing his own music productions in tandem with artists whose work express a variety of styles exhibiting a quality both functional and enduring.
