Born in Huancayo, Peru and raised in Southern California, Danny has always been ingrained in culture. Growing up, her Parents played variations of music from Rock en Español to Disco which opened her mind and ears to different sounds. At the early age of 9 years old, she was browsing through YouTube and discovered a sound called Techno. That is when the music digging began for her and it has not stopped since then. Her catalog of music has grown tremendously from the years of discovering new sounds and genres. This is what makes her a true selector and what has got her invited to play at renowned festivals such as Splash House and Electrofest. She is skilled in playing multiple generes starting with House, Garage, Minimal Tech House, Trance, Hard House, Progressive House. Acid, Bounce, just to name a few. With her intention of never curating sets based on what the crowd wants to hear but what they NEED to hear, you’ll never know what you’re going to get when DANNY G LUVS U is on the DJ Booth. Her goal as a DJ is to bring the feeling of “LUV” and euphoria to the dance floor. She believes “LUV” is the most powerful energy that can overcome any negativity which is why she wants to make sure that the audience knows they are loved, hence her name “DANNY G LUVS U”.
