Nova North was introduced to the DC electronic music scene in the fall of 2022. At the time she had been producing already for four years and was eager to make a mark with her music. Through meeting local DJ's and attending various shows, North's love for electronic music had expanded rapidly. North's love for the local scene not only inspired her to improve her music production skills, but it also inspired her to begin DJing. At the beginning of 2023, North picked up DJing, and by the end of the year, she began DJing at bars across DC. Most recently, North DJed with the collective Deep Tech in late April. Nova North brings life into every party through her uptempo experimental song selections ranging from psychedelic deep house to goa trance. North is very excited and hopeful to where her musical journey will take her.
