muzhit

From dancing at a young age to learning to DJ in his teens, Muz's creative journey has taken a few turns. muzhit began following a diagnosis of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome around the time of Covid-19. The fallout was considerable: business, career and health, gone. Music remains the only antidote. muzhit takes past negativity, trauma and darkness, flips them upside down and wears them as armour. It’s about finding ways to overcome the things that divide us, and creating moments of joy in spaces that have known suffering. muzhit is a wardance. Associations include Bristol live acid clubnight Klüb Blancmange and multiple appearances on the UK festival circuit. Now based in London.
