Mr. Stampftech

Mr. Stampftech is the project of Maximilian Böhm, a DJ and producer based in Munich. He began DJing in 2018 and started producing his own music in 2019. With a background in audio engineering, he developed an early and solid understanding of sound design, dynamics and pressure-elements that continue to shape both his productions and DJ sets. Musically, his core lies in Hardtek and Frenchcore, drawing inspiration from artists such as Floxytek, Dr. Peacock and Billx. Alongside these influences, Mr. Stampftech regularly experiments with elements of Tribe, Acid, Psytrance, Drum & Bass and other niche genres, resulting in a sound that is energetic, flexible and constantly evolving. His music often carries a happy, funky, summer-driven vibe, contrasting the darker atmosphere commonly associated with these genres. In his DJ sets, he primarily operates in fast BPM ranges between 180 and 200, while staying open to slower or even faster tempos if the atmosphere demands it. His main goal is to create positive emotions and keep people moving, building sets that focus on flow, momentum and collective energy on the dancefloor. Mr. Stampftech is part of the local 'Morph Collective'. His sets are defined by groove, movement and a strong connection with the dancefloor, always adapting to the energy of the crowd.
