Tim B. alias Mit B. Sometime, fun and curiosity met somewhere, slithered together towards the dance floor and swept Tim B. along with exuberance. Somewhere was in Berlin, sometime was 1993 and since the trio has experienced a lot in the last three decades. The first beats were heard at the end of the fall of the Berlin Wall. True to the motto "cleared for demolition", Tim B. used the ailing German capital as a playground, romping in squats and making their catacombs shake - at the very beginning with nothing but a cassette recorder and a turntable. Soon Tim B. went from Techno and House to spinning Goa records. As a DJ, he quickly became a regular guest at the Friedrichshain Supamolly and numerous other locations. His debut as a promoter followed in 1996 and two years later the party series "Bubble Loop" started in the Subground Club. As the 1990s and with them the outlaw feeling of post-reunion Berlin drew to a close, Tim B. moved to Dresden. In his new adopted home, his passion for the freetekno-movement, which had already developed in Berlin, was to show its best side. As part of the Daimon Soundsystem, he toured all over Europe with new and old friends. While playing in empty factory halls, lonely fields, picturesque beaches or idyllic vineyards, his musical development took a steep turn towards hardtek. The fast and hard sound also shaped the Endorphin in Coswig, Saxony - the first club that Tim B. helped to create. In the following years, Tim B. rooted himself deeper and deeper in the East of Germany and became an integral part of Dresden's subculture. In 2009, he gave himself and the scene a new place of longing: the Sektor Evolution emerged from an abandoned warehouse in an industrial area. Between brick and concrete, the club has since served as a platform, nursery and second living room for collectives, DJs, artists and musicians from all over the world, who are invited to try new stuff, let off steam or completely reinvent themselves with their own projects, concerts and parties. Tim B. did not stand still either. In the meantime, he has poached his way through Tekno, Mental and Tribe, always on the lookout for distorted kicks, percussions and mystical sounds. Along the way he created himself a new style of driving techno, electro, raving sounds and spherical elements under the synonym Mit B. What unites the two aliases is their unbroken enthusiasm for hour-long, energetic sets at any time of the day or night. In between the wild weekends, the sector shone more and more often as a gallery, discussion podium or temporary gourmet temple, and after years of preparation, in 2020 the dream of an own label became very real with numerous releases by local, national and international artists from the most diverse electronic music genres. Fun and curiosity remained true to Tim B. alias Mit B. to this day, and the dance floor has not left his side either. So new ideas, further visions and an always original sound are only a matter of time.
