Masayuki Tomita

Masayuki Tomita is a Toronto-based electronic music artist and producer working with analog gear and modular synthesizers. His sound is characterized by minimal rhythms, sub-heavy textures, and evolving sonic structures that balance functionality for the dancefloor with detailed sound design. Drawing from his background as a dedicated vinyl collector and his professional experience within the record production industry, Tomita approaches music with both technical precision and a deeply personal perspective. His latest EP, 物質依存 (Busshitz Izon), is a four-track release available on 12” vinyl and digital platforms via Bandcamp. The project reflects a raw and direct exploration of sound, shaped through hands-on processes and an emphasis on physical formats.
