North American artist Jack Coleman aka JAK, is a tireless advocate for quality underground dance music, representing the Pacific Northwest as a producer, live performer, DJ, label boss and organizer. During his 20+ years as a DJ and live act, he’s performed globally, from U.S. techno meccas like Detroit, Minneapolis, and Los Angeles to international locations including Tokyo and Santiago de Chile. Under the moniker JAK, he’s released a wide range of techno and related sounds on labels including Trapez, Advanced (Black) and Illegal Alien. And he’s been remixed by the likes of Mark Broom, Audio Injection (aka Truncate), Noncompliant and Angel Alanis. His D.Vices moniker, focused on electro and breakbeat, has hit number oneon the Beatport electro charts multiple times since the project's 2021 launch. Jack’s long-running SubSensory event series was named by Mixmag as one of Portland’s best parties. Jack resides in Portland, Oregon, U.S.A.
