Hannecart started collecting music that resonated with her energy both on digital and vinyl formats since she was 18 years old and started playing frequently in the Dominican Republic, so far she has had the chance to share a roster together with Cristi Cons and recently, Anthea. Zoresti records, an agency and party crew based in the Dominican Republic, fostered Hannecart since the very beginning, from hosting her a couple of times behind the decks to working hand in hand with eachother. Since she moved back to Amsterdam in 2020, she’s played for collectives like DeBoswachters, Pineapple Project, and Polychrome, and several times all the way on top of the Adam Tower on the weekends for the M’ADAM by night project. In Europe she’s delved into various styles, shaping her sound influenced by the underground scenes of Amsterdam and other cities alike. She slowly started refining her style into eclectic sounds from different eras all around the world. She doesn't like to define her style into simply one genre but more so sounds that she finds fit well together. She considers her style to be a balanced mix between old school forgotten bangers and new school gems. Hannecart collects music that feels unique to her in some way, sometimes going for what sounds more classic and at home to her. House, electro, minimal and breakbeats are some the highlighted styles you can hear throughout her set, but don’t be surprised when she decides to pull unexpected changes to switch things up.
