HALF LIFE

HALF LIFE began in 2026, the point where a long-running creative journey found its true shape. Before HALF LIFE, its creator recorded as Adam Cutting, building a career across a multitude of genres including garage, house and techno, amassing over ten million streams and remixing for major labels along the way. HALF LIFE isn't a rebrand, it's a reset, a signature still evolving, built on the dark, groove-driven end of techno. The project's foundations run deeper than production alone. Its creator has spent years inside the industry as an A&R, working across a label roster and developing artists from the ground up, and previously ran RAW CUTS, a Newcastle techno label and events brand. That grounding sits underneath everything HALF LIFE does, from the records themselves to how the project is built and paced. HALF LIFE has released on BCCO and TRSN, and continues to play a growing run of shows across the UK and Europe. The project favours restraint and groove over spectacle, letting the music do the talking.
