Kill The Kid

Based in Glasgow, Kill The Kid began his career as a guest DJ at Glitch. After impressing on his debut appearance he was asked back to be a resident. A string of further guest appearances followed at other nights, one of which was Velvet, who offered him another residency. The night saw saw him play massive support gigs for the likes of Spektre, Prompt and Redshape before quitting this residency in order to pursue other projects. Kill The Kid also found success with his radio show Technobix, which was one of Subcity Radio's most listened to shows. In summer '09 "KiTKi" dipped his toes in the world of production, completing his first remix of Hans Bouffmyhre's "Fishing For Sanity" with then fellow Velvet resident Rob Etherson. Kill The Kid has further productions on the way in 2010 and will launch his new night "Big Wooden Box" in April.
