FRANCOYS

FRANCOYS is a Montréal artist making electronic music with a belief that the dancefloor is where the body knows before the mind decides. His sound lives at the intersection of deep tech and indie dance. Organic, percussive, hypnotic grooves with piano stabs, vocal textures, and a human warmth that the genre rarely allows itself. He produces his own tracks and edits, and curates sets with a rule borrowed from someone wiser: great DJs play music you didn't know you wanted to hear. In a scene full of dark grids and curated distance, FRANCOYS is showing up warm. He isn't trying to fit into the aesthetic of the underground or the polish of the mainstream. He draws his own world by hand and the world looks like him: bright, instinctive, and built to make people feel something. The Loft Series is his intimate set series, filmed every few months in a Montréal living room. One room, warm light, a small crowd, and music that goes wherever the floor takes it.
