Luca was born close to the Italian Alps, surrounded by landscapes where the Italian Resistance once fought for freedom. These historical struggles deeply influenced his social and family upbringing, planting roots for a sense of resilience and purpose. From a young age, Luca immersed himself in music, focusing mainly on drums but with several further developments on music theory studying piano and guitar. During this period he discovered the rave scene, lighting his passion for electronic music, sound design, and the power of massive sound systems. Luca’s early collaborations with a local collective on electronic music events revealed the transformative potential of collective experiences, where a small group of people can create something greater than the sum of its parts. In late 2022, Luca began working with Tempio del Futuro Perduto in Milan, starting as a stage assistant, handling setup and maintenance. His dedication earned him a place as a resident artist, where he now performs exclusively with hardware live sets. As a full supporter of the collective, his role has evolved to encompass stage and logistics management, being integral to his broader vision, contributing to a movement that seeks to redefine the future of conscious, collaborative art. DRUM THE SYSTEM embodies a duality: a raw, evocative electronic sound that ignites collective energy, paired with an introspective message that challenges societal indifference and systemic flaws.
