CAT GROOVE

Cat Groove is the artistic project of Andrei Duta, an electronic music producer, DJ, and sound designer from Bucharest, Romania. Active within the underground electronic music scene, he has developed a distinctive sound that merges hypnotic techno, melodic storytelling, atmospheric sound design, and cinematic textures. His journey behind the decks began in 2023, when he performed his first official DJ set with Mindkickers Events. Since then, he has appeared at venues and events including The Playground Club, Nether Club, Bar Ton, and a variety of private outdoor gatherings, exploring styles ranging from techno and breakbeat to melodic house and immersive warm-up sessions. As a producer, Cat Groove focuses on creating emotional and forward-thinking electronic music, combining deep grooves, evolving atmospheres, and detailed sound design. His work has attracted the attention of Bunshin Records (Switzerland), where he currently releases original productions. His catalog reflects a broad artistic spectrum, from dreamy melodic journeys to energetic, high-intensity beats.
