Burl Faircloth

Burl Faircloth is an underground composer and recording artist from Richmond, Virginia, USA. His musical résumé consists of support/direct support roles for highly regarded acts such as DJ Aakmael, Com Truise, Catz ‘n Dogz, Lavern, Maxx Rossi, Cosmic Gate, Cash Cash, and more. Throughout his time on the local and regional circuit, Faircloth has been able to assert himself as a dependable selector, not bound to any one genre. The same can be also be said for his original productions. However, BF’s sound tends to lend itself to “deep house” and “90’s garage”. Burl has record releases on the house-forward, Richmond based, Anomalis Radio and D.C. based label, Undertone. Faircloth’s music has appeared on both of the Undertone VA compilations (UTVA001 & UTVA002) and his track, “Ur Smile Is My Smile” charted on Beatport and was featured on several playlists including, “Best New Trance” and “Weekend Picks 2024: Trance Week 42”. The track continues to make its rounds in DJ sets internationally. Burl maintains a resident status at Richmond’s premiere club, LOSO, which has been recognized for it’s hi-fidelity Danley sound system and consistently hosting legendary heavyweights such as DJ Minx and DJ Holographic, amongst others.
