The Property is an 80-acre off-grid retreat with our own network of private bike trails and direct access to the Fred Burr Trail System and Fred Burr Reservoir. Whether you're here to explore, celebrate, or simply slow down, the land offers wide-open space, peaceful solitude, and a deep connection to nature. Please note that The Property is fully off-grid — there are no utilities or running water on site. We provide clean outhouses, and guests should come prepared with water and the basics for a day of adventure.
