Temple is part of San Francisco's Zen Compound, a nightlife concept focused on "green" policies and sustainability founded in 2004. The venue contains three rooms, including the large Shrine room containing a Martin Audio soundsystem, with a seated lounge, marble floors and rotating DJ booth. The Destiny Lounge is lined with couches and fitted with a special LED system controlled by the DJ and 35 monitor screens to display visuals, while the Catacombs area is the darkest part of the club, with stone structures and pillars, two bars and another Martin Audio system.
