Descripción

SYOKU-YABO Farm began in June 2009, by clearing barren land. He cut down unnecessary trees and weeds and designed the "place" that would be the farm. A childhood friend, a genius carpenter, turned a dilapidated prefabricated hut into a kitchen. He tilled the fields with a single small hand-pushed tiller. Like the secret hideouts he built as a child, this place slowly took shape without any blueprints. Then, in October 2010, it began operating as a restaurant. In addition to regular daytime business, many different people have visited the farm, mainly for farm weddings and events. He has met many different people and made many friends and staff who support SYOKU-YABO Farm. "Why don't you come and take a sunbath? Just sit here and drink tea and talk." Hosono Haruomi's famous song, "I'm Only an Inch" Many people come to this farm, which has been built by hand, one by one. I wish I could tell myself when I was cultivating the land. To change the world of food, to ensure that the rich local food culture is not lost, we will continue to turn our thoughts into food and share it on this farm at the foot of Mt. Okunusan on the Miura Peninsula. SYOKU-YABO Farm's slogan. "Train your sensibilities!!" I would be happy if our thoughts could resonate with the sensibilities of as many people as possible.
