old 7000 m2 railway terrain from around 1920. Containing an old building which is nowadays used as a club with up to three separate floors. Another building which will be used in the future as a concert hall... and a third building in which so called creative economy will be established. also a huge outdoor area containing a beautiful huge garden is part of all that... Since late 2022 this old railway terrain is rowned by an association called "soku" to establish a cultural area on that over 7000 m2 huge terrain.
