S1 is an artist-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to developing and preserving accessible space for open-ended creative exploration, sonic and multimedia arts education, and supportive community engagement. Our programming includes workshops exploring sound design, DIY technology, and experimental creative process, informal discussions with influential and cutting edge artists from around the globe, interactive art installations, and late night parties.
