The old Harju building in Dallape Park was completed in 1923 to serve as a mortuary. For a long time, it was used as a paint storage facility, but from 1986 to 2019, it operated as a youth center. Now, it’s experiencing its third life as a venue for pop-up events, restaurants, and nightclub concepts.
