Medo is a Japanese restaurant in the Hudson Valley. Inspired by their deep appreciation of Japanese cuisine and hospitality, they strive to provide an exceptional and creative dining experience. The head Sushi chef/owner Kevin Lin, was trained by Nobu before opening his own restaurant. The kitchen chef, Io Bermudez, hails from Aomori, Japan. Their food is complemented by some of the finest cocktails, sake, and Japanese whiskies in the Hudson Valley.
