The former library was originally constructed in 1922 and is located between Fleet and Aliceanna streets in both the city-designated Fells Point historic district and the Fells Point National Register Historic District. The roughly 15,000-square-foot site extends back to South Register Street behind the historic brick building, which itself is about 7,500 square feet.
