Layer 41 is a remodeled 450-pyeong steel plant in Seongsu-dong. It is divided into three parts: A, B, and C, and part A consists of a box-shaped space of 9m above ground and part B of the double-decker section. Part C, located on the third floor, is a 4m above ground and 150m above ground and can be used on the rooftop. The ABC spaces are all connected by stairs.
