Laurenskerk Rotterdam
Located in the heart of Rotterdam, Laurenskerk is the city’s only remaining medieval building and one of its most iconic landmarks. Built between the 15th and 16th century, the Gothic structure was heavily damaged during the 1940 bombing and fully restored after the war. Today, it functions as both a historic monument and a unique cultural venue.
As an event location, Laurenskerk offers an atmospheric and highly flexible setting. The main hall can host up to 2000 people with multiple configurations possible for concerts, club nights, dinners, conferences, or exhibitions. Smaller areas like the choir section are suitable for more intimate setups. The venue provides modern technical facilities while preserving its characteristic architecture, making it a distinctive space for large-scale music and cultural events.
The church sits just a few minutes’ walk from Rotterdam Blaak station, with several parking garages nearby.
