Močvara is a club of the non-profit citizens' association Association for the Development of Culture "URK", opened in 1999 in Runjaninova street in Zagreb, and from 2000 until today it operates in the former Jedinstvo factory in the Trnje neighborhood on the banks of the Sava river. The Močvara program consists of concerts, parties, exhibitions, theater performances, film, literary and discourse programs and workshops. Through the years of work, the Club has become a center of alternative culture and a safe space for young people, for those who are different and for members of different subcultures who feel comfortable and friendly in Močvara.
