Following the management change in 2021, the ship underwent significant transformations, renovations, and acoustic improvements—a complete reimagining. After years of preparation, the Kassa, under its original name, reopened its doors in 2024. The goal of this new cultural space is to attract Budapest's electronic music crowd, establishing itself as a new favorite destination on the most scenic downtown stretch of the Danube. Anchored at Batthyány Square, it has found its ideal role as a complex venue with multiple rooms, serving both as an open and enclosed event space and as a creative hub. Onboard the Kassa, various community functions can be fully realized, and another key objective is value creation, closely connected to the city's cultural diversity.
