Hallmackenreuther is a cultural instition in Cologen for more than 30 years. In the first place a bar/restaurant daily from 10am to 2am. At the weekend and on special days there are DJs playing strictly vinyl with different contemporary sounds Jazz, Disco, Boogie, House, Electro, Dance. Occasionally there are different dancefloors (basement, upstairs lounge and sometimes at the big bar) In the 90ies the Hallmackenreuther was connected to Groove Attack Records which store is around the corner. Art exhibtions, Performances, Livemusic, Movieevenings and cultural values are permanently taking place. It is still the home for generations of fancy young people of cologne keeping this place as their livingroom. This location is a mustsee in cologne for all people who are interested in design, art and feel good music.
