The Craufurd Arms has been a live music venue since the 60's. The back room is a fantastic intimate space holding around 200 people. The room is dark with high ceilings & a wooden floor. Many huge names on the rock scene have played the Craufurd over the decades. The bar area hosts a smaller event space and room to relax and drink. There is also a large covered outdoor area for smoking or hot summer nights. The Craufurd is a bastian for independant and alternative music of all genres. In an era of over commercialised/low risk events, these fantastic local venues must be supported to thrive not survive.
