Brooklyn Steel, located at 319 Frost Street, is a 20,000-square foot general admission venue featuring raised platforms and a mezzanine allowing for great sightlines from anywhere within the space; three bars; 40 total restrooms; three dressing rooms featuring full bathrooms with washers and dryers; and production, vendor and promoter offices. Keeping with the industrial look of its legacy, Brooklyn Steel features hundreds of tons of steel in the construction including repurposed materials throughout. The main lobby bar is created from scrap metal and incorporates an installation of three original fans, as well as original window frames that are being reused to build out the venue walls. As with all The Bowery Presents’ venues, quality of sound is of the utmost importance for both the fans and artists. With that at top of mind, The Bowery Presents has retained L-Acoustics, widely recognized throughout the industry as pioneers in their field, to create an optimal sound experience at Brooklyn Steel.
