Blasé Vanguard is a pioneer of Caribbean expressiveness, combining soca and dancehall vibes with kuduro, reggaeton, and modern Afrobeats. As resident DJ “Saga Boy,” he moves just as confidently between grime, UK funky, and jungle as he does between hip-hop and trap—thrilling audiences from Trinidad & Tobago to Barcelona.

His debut EP STRESS/Dahlin (More Time Records) attracted a lot of attention in 2018; Dummy Magazine described it as “an intoxicating blend of soca and UK funky with introspective dubstep nuances.” Since then, he has released further singles, music videos from Trinidad, toured with Jus Now, and performed at festivals such as Boomtown, Dialled In, and the legendary Notting Hill Carnival.
