DRAFT X is the Official DJ at the world's biggest Krump event, the annual EBS World Championship... and he is undisputedly one of the ‘blueprint’ Krump DJs of the scene.

But what exactly is Krump?

Krumping is a freestyle street dance style that originated in the African-American community of South Central Los Angeles and is a hybrid of hip hop, capoeira and African dance. The style is characterised by expressive movements and an aggressive performance. Dance and music form a highly energetic connection. Despite this intensity, Krump is not a dance of violence or hatred, but a peaceful form of expression with a rich history and philosophy. Krumpers do not put on a show, they rather dance themselves into an emotionally honest and charged state, which they call ‘buck’.
