WE ARE NOT ALONE

Emerging from the UK’s early dubstep movement, Quest developed a sound rooted in heavy sub-bass, stripped-back percussion and intricate rhythmic structures. A key figure within the Anti-Social collective and Mala’s Deep Medi imprint, his productions move between sparse, low-end pressure and soulful melodic elements. Alongside longtime collaborator Silkie, Quest helped shape a deeper, more rhythmically focused strain of dubstep, where weight, space and soundsystem functionality remain central. On Saturday, December 26, WE ARE NOT ALONE closes out the year with its final edition, bringing Quest to RSO alongside Ellen Allien, Dr. Rubinstein, slin, Sons of Hidden, Tom Peters and more.
