TERMS & CONDITIONS — Detroit Terms & Conditions returns to downtown Detroit on August 22 for a night of electronic music across two floors! Upstairs, the vinyl-only room features sets from Al Ester and Taylor Monai, digging deep into the groove creating an authentic vibe. Downstairs, the Orange Room shifts into a more live and hybrid territory with a live performance from Hazmat, and hybrid set from Container Sounds’ Perish, and Xan Bishop.
