Slack's 5th Birthday with DJ Marcelle

Happy Birthday Slack’s Radio! Working with station residents Byker Baithak, we’re bringing truly unique selector DJ Marcelle to Newcastle to help celebrate five years of independent weirdo radio. We’ll be broadcasting an all-star lineup from the studio throughout the day, warming up for a proper party upstairs in the club from 10pm. Local legend and a man with encyclopaedic music knowledge Mark Kenosist joins the billing with Byker Baithak residents Rob & Omi on a b3b with radio founder Jon Cornbill to open the show. Expect twists, turns, left-field selections and plenty of smiles!
