UK-based SIGNAL founder AKWA returns to Ottawa for his annual summer appearance at GRIDWRKS, bringing early-2000s tech house, electro, rhythm, and the high-intensity energy SIGNAL is known for. SIGNAL resident GEUNF closes with techno and breaks. On direct support, Groove Rider resident Nivek brings more than 20 years of DJ experience to his first SIGNAL set. No Clue opens things up on the night. Come early and stay late. $10 tickets for entry before 11 pm are available exclusively through RA. Earlier in the evening, Groove Rider and AMASHOWZA host a free open-air event at Metcalfe Plaza from 5 pm to 10 pm, featuring all-vinyl sets from Jas Nasty, Shuv, Russ Plus, Nate Bennett, ilybo, and AKWA. *a late fee of $10 will be applied to those who come after their timed entry with a " entry before 11pm" ticket
