RUBBLE - Every Tuesday at Peoples Leisure Club 29th September 2026 | 11-3am | £5/£7 | 45 Lothian Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1HB ------------------------------- CHICHA Glasgow-based DJ Chicha blends dub-rooted sounds with ambient textures, bass pressure, wonky rhythms and lots of percussion. with influences spanning UK dub heritage to European DIY collectives, their sets move between dubstep, house, downtempo and experimental club sounds with warmth, weight and a playful edge. One half of Libra Esterlina, and a key member of Pollyterror, Chicha has frequented venues all over the UK. Falk Winter Making his Edinburgh debut, Falk has spent the past 8 years floating between Berlins many electronic scenes. A House DJ at heart he expands the meaning of this genre into its muddier depths, including Detroit leaning sounds and showing what is possible when you mix repetition with soul. A collector of vinyl and all things Leftfield, a drummer in the Berlin based band TK-Punk, Falk understands the importance of rhythm, translating this into his electronic sets with a selection of music that crosses between experimental and house party anthems. Come see him play in the PLC as rubbles first international guest. Lauren Browne Edinburgh-based artist Lauren works across installation, video, performance, photography and sculpture. Often working with found objects, through colour, material, and form she exaggerates the nuanced qualities of everyday life. Lauren graduated from Edinburgh college of art in 2023 with a BA Hons in Intermedia Art. Recently completing a year-long artist residency at Fettes college in 2025, she has curated and shown work in a host of exhibitions. As well as being a visual artist, Lauren has organised and curated a range of music&art events at venues such as ‘Duck & Waffle Edi’, ‘The Caves’, ‘The Bongos club’, ‘Cabaret Voltaire’, ‘Uplands Roastery’, with her most recent venture being the weekly Rubble series at Peoples Leisure Club. ;) Proud to represent rubbles fourth resident Chicha.
