NIMAHA presents: Hard & Grooves

For the past year, I’ve been looking for opportunities to put shows together that cover a broader range of music. But that never really came about because my approach with shows has always been quality over quantity. And I love that hard, fast, sweaty techno energy, so that’s been the focus of what I do. But there are many corners of house and techno that blend really well with the harder and faster stuff. And I know some of the best DJs for it — artists I’ve wanted to book for a long time but never really had the chance to. So I’m starting a new series: Nimaha Presents. Over the course of six events, I’m going to do just that — keep hard techno at the centre while bringing in different sounds, genres and DJs that I’ve been wanting to put together. I think it’s going to be a really unique experience where you can get moved by what you already love while also being exposed to some cool new rhythms.
