Moods - Aliseo invites Pisti - vinyl set

For the thirtieth 𝑀𝑜𝑜𝑑𝑠 residency event Aliseo invites DJ Pisti. Francesco Pistoi, known professionally as DJ Pisti, is an Italian DJ, producer, and gallery owner originally from Turin. In 1992, he landed a residency at the legendary Stars club in Turin, embarking on a journey that would lead him to become a prominent figure in Turin’s electronic music scene. In 2000, together with Samuel Romano and Pierfunk, he founded Motel Connection, an electronic music project born in Turin that, among other things, produced the soundtrack for Marco Ponti’s film Santa Maradona. At the same time, Pisti was a leading figure in Turin’s clubbing scene with Krakatoa, an electronic project and night that began at the Murazzi and, over the years, became a cornerstone of Italian electronic culture and later also a record label. In recent years, he has focused part of his work on Lunetta 11, an artistic production center in the Alta Langa region where music, contemporary art, and culture come together.
