On the programme: an open DJ session open to all, followed by sets from dreifachzucker and Staary, for an evening fuelled by the excitement of Trance and Eurodance, under the euphoric glow of the setting sun. Euro Idol is a collective and music production label bringing together producers and DJs passionate about the emerging Trance scene in Europe. At the crossroads of music production and ‘low-poly’ 3D animation, Euro Idol offers an immersive experience, where the visual aesthetic inspired by 90s video games creates a world that is both playful and deliberately unsettling. At the heart of this imaginary world is Nikki, the collective’s iconic lizard mascot, who comes to life through sketches posted on Instagram, set to the label’s tracks. Through this project, Euro Idol subverts the conventions of post-2000 pop music and mass entertainment, re-injecting them into a contemporary Trance and Eurodance aesthetic where nostalgia and the avant-garde collide. __________________________________ ★ Producer and DJ, Dreifachzucker crafts a sound between trance, hard house and melodic techno.
